 Plans
for the new Camden Middle School
At its August 21 meeting, the
Kershaw County Board of Trustees approved a site plan for the
new Camden Middle School. The school building is:
-
oriented on a
north - south axis to take advantage of natural day
lighting,
-
situated on the
highest elevation to take advantage of existing grades and
to maximize storm water management, and
-
located on McRae
Street because it has the largest street right of way and
the closest proximity to site utilities that will serve the
school.
