Registration Requirements:
The following items will be required for enrollment at L-E High. You may contact the Guidance Office at (803) 438-8013 if you have nay questions regarding enrollment. You may have your previous school fax this information to us at (803) 438-8028.

Items Needed for Enrollment

• Withdrawal Form from previous school.

• Copy discipline from previous school.

• Proof of Guardianship - The student must be residing in the home of the parent or you must provide legal documentation of guardianship. If legal documentation is not available you must obtain Educational Rights from our district office. Please contact Dr. Toms or Mr. Cooper (District Hearing Officers) at 432-8416 for an appointment.

• Proof of Residence - Only the following items will be accepted- Electric bill, gas bill, water bill, property tax bill, rental agreement for home, or contract for purchase of home.

• Immunization Record

• Birth Certificate - All School records will be recorded in name printed on birth certificate

• Social Security Card

If you were expelled from school last year or attended an alternative school (i.e., Wil Lou Gray, John De La Howe), you must be admitted through our District Office before you can enroll. Please contact Dr. Toms or Mr. Cooper (District Hearing Officers) at 432-8416 for an appointment.

Attendance Zone Description:
All West Wateree students from both Lugoff-Elgin Middle School and Leslie M. Stover Middle School attend Lugoff-Elgin High School.

• Driving directions from I-20 are:
  Take exit 92 from Interstate I-20 heading toward Lugoff/Camden on Hwy 601 north.   At 1.1 miles turn left behind the Markette Amoco Station on a cut-thru road.  Take a left on Hwy 1 South.  The school is .7 miles on the right.
   
• Driving directions from the District Office are:
  Turn right on Roberts St.  Turn right on Hwy 1 South.  Go about 8 miles, continue through Lugoff.  Go under the overpass.  School will be the second school on the right.
